Our Process
Building a new custom home requires a plan and a process.
If you’re starting from scratch, our process starts with helping you find a lot. Of course, if you already have a lot or if some of the next steps are already done, we’re happy to pick up wherever you need us.
Lot Selection
We can build on your lot, on one of our lots in a developing neighborhood, or we can help you find a lot in the town of your choice.
Site Preparation
Before we build, we need to get your lot ready – with land clearing, road building, utilities access, water, sewer/septic, zoning and permitting.
Home Design
You have your wish list. Let’s get your ideas down on paper. We can build your home with your designs and floor plans or you can use ours.
Home Construction
We will manage the entire construction process – from foundation and framing to wiring and plumbing to windows and doors.
Interiors & Exteriors
Let’s show your personal design style with all of your finishing touches – both on the interior and exterior of your home.
Budget & Schedule
We will give you an estimate and a timetable – and you can expect we’ll stick to it. We think it’s important to keep our promise.
